Cutters can be used on both sides and do not have a rolled edge, instead they are made of a thick copper that is strong, with a sanded edge. Ends are joined with two solid copper rivets. Fantastic for cutting through dough and clay. Cutters are 25mm (1 inch) thick. This width makes them very versatile.
Cutters are all individually made by hand and therefore no two will be identical.
Only the external surface of the cutter is polished.
Please be aware that there may be some imperfections such as minor scratches in the metal.
All cutters are handmade in England.
